These Terms govern your use of the mnAI Expense Tracker across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

mnAI provides personal and collaborative finance tools, including tracking, budgeting, and bill automation.

2. Not Financial Advice

We provide organization and tracking tools. The App and its developers are not financial planners, advisors, or accountants. Data provided is for informational purposes only and is not professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Payments: Charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours prior to the period end.
• Refunds: Handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. User Data & iCloud

The App relies on Apple's infrastructure. You are responsible for maintaining your Apple ID security and ensuring sufficient iCloud storage. We are not liable for data loss due to disabled iCloud accounts or forgotten credentials.

5. Shared Workspaces

You are solely responsible for individuals you invite to Collaborative Workspaces. mnAI is not liable for data altered or deleted by users you have granted access to.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mnAI and its developers are not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of the App or reliance on its calculations.
